We usually visit two factories a day (one for complex cases). Pre-screening plus deep, focused visits beats rushing through five shallow ones.

"The sample equals the bulk product."

Reality

What if the suppliers on my list are trading companies posing as factories?
We phone-verify every company name you give us, one by one, and check both its authenticity and whether it actually matches your needs. In China there are many trading companies, and you often can't tell — sometimes even visiting the "factory" won't reveal it. Catching that is exactly what we do for you before you travel.
How do you find suitable factories for clients without a supplier list?
You give us your product information, purchase quantity, quality requirements and target cost range. We then find and recommend the most suitable factory for your needs — not necessarily the largest, but one with genuinely stable quality, complete certifications and the right price, judged strictly against your criteria.
Why can't I just book factory visits by email myself? What's different about your service?
We know Chinese factories extremely well — many of our team come from inside these industries, we have our own channels and an industry database, so our efficiency and judgment are far higher than cold emails. Our escorts also aren't simple translators: they have real procurement and negotiation experience, do background checks on each factory beforehand, and help you judge whether a factory is genuine and reliable during the visit.
How many factories can we visit in a day?
Normally two factories a day, and one a day for more complex cases. Where products cluster in one industrial area, three to five is possible — but we don't usually recommend it. We'd rather pre-screen factories and do focused, in-depth visits with real technical exchange than rush through many shallow ones.
What are the most common traps foreign buyers fall into?
Being unfamiliar with Chinese factories and having no way to judge them, so the factory leads the whole negotiation; being quoted a higher price simply because you look like a big spender; and being taken to a partner's factory without realizing it, because you can't read the Chinese. An industry-experienced escort who has done background checks beforehand helps you avoid all three.
How is your pricing structured?
It's transparent. For sourcing and project work we charge a project service fee plus personnel costs; for factory verification we price by service days and the grade of inspector you choose, plus their travel expenses. Every detail of the process is open and clear.
