• Force majeure incidents beyond our operational control
• Last-minute production adjustments or internal security rules of host factories

Travel & Safety Disclaimer

Cross-border business travel to China carries inherent travel risks. China Business Travel takes all commercially reasonable safety precautions for every corporate delegation, but we cannot accept liability for the following matters:

• Personal sickness, injury or accidents during the business itinerary
• Loss, damage or theft of personal luggage, electronics and business documents
• Itinerary revisions caused by extreme weather, political changes or force majeure events
• Health issues arising from undisclosed pre-existing medical conditions of delegates
• Service failures of third-party partners (hotels, transport fleets, exhibition operators)

Chinese business visa standards differ by nationality and may adjust without advance public notice. China Business Travel can only provide general reference guidance for visa preparation, and we do not guarantee visa approval results. It is the sole responsibility of each delegate to hold valid passports and meet all China entry standards before travel dates.

All service fees and itinerary details displayed on the website are preliminary reference data only and subject to revision without prior notice. Final official pricing will be confirmed via written quotation at booking stage. China Business Travel reserves the right to:

• Adjust unit prices based on group scale, travel season and customised service demands
• Revise itinerary arrangements, factory lists and catering plans when necessary
• Suspend or reschedule group programmes under exceptional uncontrollable circumstances
