Section 01
This Payment Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing all payments made to China Business Travel in connection with our business trip, factory tour, supplier sourcing, trade show and corporate MICE programmes. By making a payment or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with any payment.
Section 02
To confirm your programme booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount varies depending on programme type and group size.

Your booking is only formally confirmed upon full receipt of the deposit payment. Factory slots, hotel rooms and venue reservations cannot be held without paid deposit.
Section 03
The remaining outstanding balance must be fully settled before your programme departure date. Final payment deadlines are based on trip length:

Failure to complete full payment by the due date will result in automatic booking cancellation, and the deposit amount will be fully forfeited with no refund.
Section 04
We support the following payment channels for all corporate travel programmes:
We do not accept credit cards or PayPal payments at present. If you require special payment arrangements, contact our team for advance consultation.
Section 05
An official service invoice will be issued immediately after your booking is confirmed. A formal payment receipt will be sent to your registered email within 3 working days after we receive and verify your transfer. All invoices are issued under the booking company’s legal name, and billing information cannot be modified once generated.
Section 06
We acknowledge unexpected schedule changes may occur; our official cancellation and refund rules are as follows:

Deposit payments are non-refundable under all cancellation scenarios. Qualified refunds will be processed within 14 working days after written cancellation confirmation.
Section 07
China Business Travel reserves the right to postpone or fully cancel a programme under exceptional uncontrollable circumstances, including:
If we cancel your programme, all paid funds will be fully refunded within 14 working days. We shall not be liable for external expenses such as international flights, visa fees or travel insurance losses.
Section 08
If you need to adjust your confirmed booking itinerary or participant information, notify us as early as possible. Additional amendment fees may apply based on the type of change:
Section 09
All official programme quotations are denominated in US Dollars (USD) unless we sign a separate written currency agreement with you. If you transfer funds in other currencies, the exchange rate effective on the payment arrival date will be used for settlement. China Business Travel takes no responsibility for exchange loss caused by fluctuation between quotation date and transfer date.
Section 10
Payments received after the agreed deadline will trigger the following consequences:

Section 11
This Payment Policy shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of China. All payment-related disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Shanghai municipal courts of China.
