What's the difference between a custom trip and group seats?
A custom trip is designed entirely around your delegation — your industry, dates, cities and target companies, for your team only. Group seats put one or more individual executives onto our scheduled study tour, which follows a fixed departure, company list and route. The form below handles either one.
How far ahead should I book?
Company visits are pre-booked and confirmed in advance, so the earlier you share your plan the better the schedule and the deeper each visit. Around the Canton Fair and major show periods, hotels and availability tighten quickly — we recommend enquiring roughly three months ahead for those windows.
How soon will I hear back?
Within 24 hours. If your dates are tight, add a note in the form or message us on WhatsApp and we'll prioritise your request.
